Reunion Pricing

  • This price includes:

    -The space! 8,200 square feet!

    -Furniture! 24 custom 8ft dining tables, 2 custom 6ft tables, white metal cafe chair, 6 high top tables, 24 bar stools, and 3 6ft tables

    -Furniture set prior to your arrival, and space cleaning after your event!

    -The bar! Locally brewed draft beer and a large variety of different wines, all bar glassware. All coordinated for you!

    -Fully furnished suite with private restroom

    -Access 2 hours prior for set up (earlier access for setup purposes available for a fee, if needed!)

    -Staffing

    -Use of additional amenities the space has to offer such as private patio, sound system, caterer prep area, and parking!

    Maximum 6 hour event (not including setup and cleanup). 50% space and furniture rental deposit due to reserve the date. The remaining 50% due 1 month prior to event. Per guest fees due 1 week prior to the event.

  • This per guest amount includes:

    2 beverages (beer or wine)

    Unlimited pizza and salad for 2 hours

    Per guest head account and fees due 1 week prior to the event. All listed prices are subject to an 15% service fee & California State sales tax. You must provide guests with drink tickets. Guests will have the option to purchase drinks after their tickets are used.

  • When the celebration ends, our staff handles the clean up! We only ask that you take your personal items with you, and we handle the rest! Including items you wish to dispose of. We also maintain all provided trash receptacles throughout your event.

    $175 flat rate service charge for clean up for 1 - 100 guests

    $300 flat rate service charge for clean up for 101 - 200 guests

    $50 additional cleaning for over 200 guests
